For local deliveries, once orders are received, we will have it processed and dispatched through courier right to your door steps within 5 working days. Our selected courier will contact you directly. This option offers the flexibility for you to liaise with the courier to find a convenient time for dispatch of your parcel. This service is provided for free with any purchase made.

Delivery & Tracking ( Overseas )

For our overseas customers, we will ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched through international shipping agents which ensures that they reached you within the stipulated transit time according to your location. You are also able to keep track of the status of your parcel if you have an account with us. The shipping charges will be based according to your destination and location. For purchases above $250.00, we will waive all your shipping cost.

For all overseas orders, you may be charged duty and taxes on receipt of your goods as Custom duties vary for different countries. Please contact your local Customs office for further information.

At Dress Publisher, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why we allow our customers to do Size Exchange* and Returns.*
(*size exchange / returns is limited to 1 time for the same item purchased.)

Qualifying conditions*:
1) Unwashed, 2) Secured tags & packaging intact, 3) Unaltered, 4) Undamaged
(we reserve the right to refuse your size exchange or return if your item does not meet the above conditions*)

*Please note that the only delivery mode for Size Exchange / Return is through our selected courier. The courier will liaise and pick up your item at a convenient time from your place. The estimated charges of S$7  payable at collection will be at customer’s own costs. Arrangements for this service must be made within 7 days from the date you received your goods.

What is the procedure for Size Exchange / Return ?
For Size Exchange, please email us at within 7 days of goods received, with a subject header “Size Exchange Request – <Order ID>” and providing the following information:

(i) Order ID
(ii) Original – Item Name, SKU number, Size & Colour
(iii) Preferred Size for Exchange

For Return, please email us at within 7 days of goods received, with a subject header “Return Request – <Order ID>” and providing the following information:

(i) Order ID
(ii) Original – Item Name, SKU number, Size & Colour
(iii) Reasons for Return

Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service will check the stock availability for Size Exchanges and reply accordingly within 5 working days.

Please note that there is no cash refunds for Returns. Merchandise refund will be in the form of  credit voucher code with 30-days validity  (from the day you receive the credit voucher), non-extendable. The credit voucher code can be used for any item in our online store.

This process will take about 10 working days from the day you returned your parcel. Upon receiving and checking the item(s) returned are in good qualifying conditions*,

i) your Size Exchange item will be dispatched through courier right to your door steps.

ii) your credit voucher code will be sent to you via a system generated email. You can also view your credit voucher under ‘My Voucher’ in your account.


Incorrect or Defective Items
Our sincere apologies if we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
In the unlikely event that you’ve received an unsatisfactory product, please email us at within 14 working days (for Singapore customers) / 30 working days (for international customers) of goods received, with a subject header “Incorrect or Defective Items – <Order ID>” and providing the following information:

(i) Order ID
(ii) Original – Item Name, SKU number, Size & Colour
(iii) Brief descriptions of defect.

We will send you a new replacement piece, no questions asked.
If the design is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund via credit voucher code.

Bounced Mails / Undeliverable Mails
Undeliverable orders may be returned to us due to the following reason :

– After the courier has liaise with you and arrangements for the delivery to you has not been successful after 2 failed attempts.
– An incorrect or incomplete mailing address has been provided
In such cases, we will contact you with regards to the redelivery and customers will bear the reshipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Undeliverable international orders sent via courier may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the courier to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as ample notification lead time would have been given.
